  • ID Requirement – All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • Force Majeure – In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond management’s control, the resort will not be liable for cancellations. Wherever possible, booking rescheduling will be offered.
  • Damage & Conduct Policy – Any damage to property or inappropriate conduct will be chargeable to the guest or agent responsible.
  • Meal Policy – Meals included will be as per the confirmed package. Any additional meals, beverages, or room service will be chargeable separately.
  • Alcohol Policy – As per Gujarat state regulations, consumption and possession of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the resort premises. Guests are required to adhere to this rule without exception.
